Trainings

New users are encouraged to attend one of the regularly organized user workshops or training courses prior to using the probes.  Courses are currently offered by the Allen Institute and University College London through a grant by the Wellcome Trust and generously supported by the Sainsbury-Wellcome Centre.

2026 Course Offerings

July 13-17

We are excited to announce our next Neuropixels Training Course at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard University, July 13-17, 2026. This course, funded by an NIH U24 BRAIN grant, will take place in the Department of Neurology, BIDMC, Boston Mass. You can apply for the course here. The application portal will be open until July 1, 2026. The course can’t cover travel costs.
